Recently, the Fuzhou Federation of Trade Unions announced the list of outstanding achievements from the 2025 Fuzhou Workers’ “Five Smalls” Innovation Competition. This competition focuses on “small innovations, small inventions, small creations, small designs, and small suggestions,” aiming to stimulate workers’ innovative vitality and promote the development of new-quality productivity. Among the 3,688 participating projects, three initiatives submitted by our company—namely, the automatic loading system, the integrated machine for automatic bundling, compression ring installation, and packing, and the intelligent integrated system for loading and unpacking boxes—stood out and were awarded the Third Prize for Outstanding Achievements in the 2025 Fuzhou Workers’ “Five Smalls” Innovation Competition.
The Contek Intelligent Loading and Palletizing System automatically de-palletizes products from warehouses or production lines, sorts them automatically, transports them into truck compartments, and neatly stacks them. This system achieves fully automated operations—from order acquisition and pallet configuration design to loading quantity calculation, pallet information sharing, vision-based quantitative de-palletizing, returning surplus items to the warehouse, conveying cardboard boxes, and adaptive, stable stacking. The system leverages advanced technologies such as visual recognition, laser ranging, and AI-powered image security, significantly enhancing work efficiency and ensuring personnel safety.

The automatic bundling and ring-pressing packing machine solves the challenge of manual operation required for bundling edible oil bottles. It enables simultaneous and coordinated operations across multiple workstations, including gripping large bottles, gripping small bottles, automatically placing and pressing rings to bundle both large and small bottles, and automatically picking up bundled bottles for packing. This product has been gradually adopted by numerous edible oil companies, demonstrating stable performance and ease of operation, and has received high praise from customers.

The intelligent integrated system for automated carton handling and opening enables robots to automatically identify and move cartons, employs a dedicated independent mechanism to automatically cut and recycle straps, automatically organizes and buffers cartons, and seamlessly integrates with existing automatic carton-opening machines to ensure continuous and stable carton-opening operations. This system effectively addresses the challenges of cumbersome and inefficient manual carton-handling processes, realizing fully automated and intelligent production—from warehousing to delivering finished cartons.

Winning awards for these three achievements is yet another significant recognition of our company’s long-term commitment to deepening expertise in our professional field and continuously pursuing independent innovation.
In the future, we will continue to deepen employee-driven technological innovation activities, promote the regular implementation of the “Five Smalls” innovation initiative, and inject a continuous stream of momentum into our company’s development!
