Recently, the "Fujian Factory 20L Bare Bottle Filling Line and Supporting Oil Free Air Compressor Project" of Zhongfang Grain and Oil (Fujian) Co., Ltd., constructed by Contek, has successfully passed the completion acceptance. The successful implementation of this project demonstrates the comprehensive integration capability of Contek in various aspects such as oil packaging equipment, auxiliary equipment, process pipelines, equipment hoisting, power distribution engineering, and civil engineering. It also further verifies Contek's technical design ability and project management level.
Zhongfang Grain and Oil (Fujian) Co., Ltd. settled in Zhangzhou Development Zone in September 2003. It has a 1200T/D rapeseed pressing line, a 2000T/D soybean pressing line, and one 5L and 10L packaging oil filling line each, with an annual pressing capacity of 960000 tons. Its comprehensive competitiveness is at the forefront of Fujian's oil and fat enterprises. In 2022, COFCO Grain and Oil (Fujian) added a 20L naked bottle filling line (with a daily production capacity (10 hours) ≥ 10000 naked bottles), optimized the company's product structure, expanded production capacity, further consolidated COFCO Group's industry advantages in Fujian region, and improved the company's market competitiveness and influence.
In order to meet the market demand during the Mid Autumn Festival and National Day peak season, the on-site installation and implementation period of the project was compressed to 31 days. Contek organized elite troops and worked hard to complete all on-site implementation and debug qualified products in just 28 days.

At the acceptance site, COFCO expert acceptance team first listened to the project work report, and consulted the relevant technical documents, and then arrived at the project site to check the operation of the equipment, verify the production efficiency, and finally the members of the acceptance team agreed that the implementation of the project and the supply of equipment meet the design and technical requirements, the quality meets the specified standards, the information is complete, and the expected results can be achieved, and they agree to accept the project and hand it over to Party A for use, and the acceptance work has ended successfully.
