The Delta Robotic Handle Applicator adopts integrated control of spider hand robot, vision, optoelectronic gas, machinery, etc., to realize fully automatic ring arranging process.
The filling machine product series adopts electronic weighing filling technology, with accurate filling measurement, complete series specifications, mature technology, and stable and efficient equipment operation.
The Carton Erector is suitable for continuous production, which involves separating, suctioning, unboxing, forming, folding, sealing, and aligning large quantities of cardboard boxes in one go.
The Ciamp-type Carton Erector pushes full bottles into the packing platform through the bottle feeding conveyor line, lifts the oil bottles horizontally to the packing position through the fixture, and then descends. After reaching the position, the fixture is released to load the oil bottles into empty boxes.
The Carton Sealer is used to fold the lid of a certain specification of cardboard carton and seal it with self-adhesive tape. In addition to manually adjusting the machine according to the size of the cardboard carton, it can achieve high-speed automatic folding of the lid and tape sealing.
The Automatic depalletizing and truck loading system uses mechanized and automated methods to automatically unstack products in warehouses or on production lines, automatically sort and transport them to truck compartments and stack them neatly, realizing an automated and intelligent transportation and loading process.
The palletizing system is an automated equipment combination and related software control system that automatically stacks, organizes, and places items on pallets according to certain patterns and rules. Including robot palletizing system, grab type palletizer, and gantry palletizer.
