Weighing Filling & Capping Machine

Adopting weight reduction filling (upper weighing) technology, there is no need to separate bottles, fully servo controlled, and one click automatic switching of bottle type specifications.
It has the function of no bottle filling, which can achieve online shielding (not working) of the filling valve that has malfunctioned. The shielded filling valve does not fill the bottle and does not affect the normal filling of other filling valves.
Filling accuracy online detection, continuous over tolerance alarm.
The filling valve adopts a dedicated valve nozzle design, with functions such as no dripping or blockage.
The filling volume can be quickly set and calibrated (corrected).
Using sanitary pipes and valves, the entire machine, filling valves, and corresponding pipes can be thoroughly cleaned after filling, and there are no dead corners.
Adopting a vacuum suction or oil pan structure, there is no dripping phenomenon after each bottle is filled, avoiding dirtying the bottle mouth and body during filling.
The central material cylinder is equipped with a continuous liquid level sensor to ensure the stability of the liquid level in the cylinder; The filling machine material achieves PID automatic adjustment.

 

Delta Robotic Handle Applicator
The equipment adopts integrated control of spider mobile phone, including human, visual, optical, electrical, mechanical, etc. It has automatic ring management, automatic ring setting, and automatic ring pressing functions, as well as visual detection, alarm, and shutdown functions for ring leakage. The hanging rate and ring pressing qualification rate are not less than 99%.

Configure relevant conveyor chain plates to achieve effective buffering, and link with the entire production line. The 5L bottle type pressure ring speed can reach 6000 BPH.

The spider hand activity area is equipped with comprehensive protection, and all transmission devices are protected.

Configure a remote intelligent system to enable remote monitoring of program operation, remote fault detection, and handling.

Install foreign object prevention devices such as fan blowing and negative ion dust removal to promptly remove plastic particles and paper scraps adsorbed on the upper part of the lifting ring, eliminating the risk of foreign object adsorption.

 

Tracking Capping Machine
5L bottle production capacity of 3800-4000 BPH (varies according to different material properties and bottle mouth inner diameter).
Adopting motion controller PLC and HMI human-machine interface, providing multi segment position and multi-functional operation, parameters can be called with one click on the operation interface, without the need for manual adjustment of mechanical position.
Using a motion control system in conjunction with servo motors for synchronous follow-up capping, the bottle does not need to stop and automatically follows the position and running speed of the bottle to complete automatic capping.
Adopting a full servo system, bus control scheme, and precise positioning.
Conveyor guardrail and adjustable machine height, suitable for various bottle types.
The nitrogen charging module unit is optional.
