2024 Contek Product Training: A Success!

"Empower And Advance Together, Gather Strength And Walk Together ",the " 2024 Contek Product Training" carefully planned by Contek was successfully held from April 18th to 19th, 2024. Nearly 130 industry elites from more than 60 edible oil production enterprises across the country gathered in Minhou, Fuzhou, known as the first city of Fujian, to exchange and learn about equipment efficient operation and maintenance, packaging front-end technology, and intelligent development trends.

On April 18th, Chen Junhan, General Manager of Contek, delivered a welcome speech, and Wilmar Maoming Jiang Chao, as a representative of the old students, spoke and started a full day of theoretical training. Wu Guoming, Deputy Manager of the Production Department of Contek, Wang Muhui, Manager of the Technical Department, and Pan Xinhua, Manager of the Electrical Department, gave detailed introductions on the structure, principle, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Contek's Carton Erector, Case Packer, and Robot Palletizing System. Yu Hongliang, After sales Director of Guangzhou Letong, explained the operation skills and maintenance methods of Letong's labeling machine.
In this training, group discussion questions were arranged and online course quizzes were conducted after each class. Each student was fully focused on listening to the class, actively participating in group discussions, and completing the exam seriously. 15 groups of students accumulated their individual and group scores simultaneously, and 7 students achieved excellent scores with full marks in the test. In the end, Gu Zhiwu, Bai Xinyu, and Zhao Xin stood out with the fastest answering speed and ranked in the top three individually; Group 5, Group 1, and Group 9 respectively won the team championship, runner up, and third place.
On April 19th, the practical course was held in the Contek workshop in Fuzhou. A High-speed Automatic Carton Erector, a Fixture Automatic Adjustment Case Packer, a Robot Palletizing System, a Delta Robotic Handle Applicator, and a Letong Labeling Machine marking station were prepared on site. The students actively operated and discussed the technical difficulties encountered in daily work. The lecturers answered questions and provided targeted suggestions on site, and the atmosphere was lively, with sparks of knowledge and experience constantly colliding. Through on-site observation and hands-on operation, the students gained a more intuitive understanding of the performance characteristics and advantages of the equipment, greatly enhancing their practical skills.
On April 19th, the sub venue "Industry Technology Forum" was also held at the same time. Production and logistics management personnel from various companies had in-depth exchanges and discussions on the development direction of intelligent packaging workshops, as well as new technologies and methods such as Automatic depalletizing and truck loading system , Blow Molding and Filling Machines, Labeling, AGV, visual inspection, and cloud after-sales service.
In this training, all students have a positive learning attitude and high enthusiasm for learning. We believe that everyone will bring the knowledge and skills they have learned back to their work positions and actively promote the efficient operation and intelligent upgrading of enterprise packaging equipment.
The successful holding of this training activity not only enhanced the professional competence and practical ability of the trainees, but also provided a platform for communication, learning, and resource sharing for various enterprises, playing a positive role in promoting the technological level improvement of the packaging equipment industry and accelerating the process of intelligent transformation.
