On April 17th, the packaging workshop of the "Wilmar(Qingdao) Food Industry Park Phase I Project" of Wilmar Group, which was constructed by our company, successfully rolled off the production line with a daily output of 2900 tons.
The successful implementation of this project further consolidates the industry advantage of Wilmar Group in domestic products, increases market share, enhances the company's market competitiveness and influence, and creates higher economic benefits. The successful implementation of this project further validates the technical design capability and project management level of Contek.
The Wilmar (Qingdao) Food Industry Park project is invested and constructed by Singapore's Fengyi International, a comprehensive agricultural group led by Asia and a Fortune 500 company. It is one of the most comprehensive food parks invested and constructed by Wilmar Group in Shandong province. After completion, it will drive a group of innovative upstream and downstream enterprises to gather and develop, and build a world-class grain and oil food smart park that is energy-saving, environmentally friendly, intelligent, safe, and cooperative for win-win. Among them, the first phase of the project has an investment of 500 million US dollars, covering an area of 530 acres, and is expected to achieve a production value of 10 billion yuan in 2023; A packaging oil workshop with 12 packaging lines and a daily production capacity of 2900 tons. The implementation period of this project is only three years. Contek organized elite soldiers and worked hard to complete the entire implementation and debugging in less than a year.
At the production line commissioning ceremony., Zhao Haozhi, Deputy Secretary of the Qingdao Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, Yu Dongquan, Deputy Secretary of the Jiaozhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, Guo Kongfeng, Chairman and President of Singapore Fengyi International Group, and Chairman of Wilmar Group, attended the event.
After the ceremony, Zhao Haozhi and Guo Kongfeng visited and inspected some workshops, and attended the offline ceremony of the first batch of ancient pressed peanut oil in Wimar (Qingdao) Food Industry Park.

From the automatic feeding of auxiliary materials by the robotic arm to the palletizing of finished oil by the robotic arm, the entire line has achieved digitization, automation, and intelligence, greatly saving labor and material costs. Among them, new technologies and products such as Automatic Carton Feeding System, Buffer Platforms, direct delivery vehicles, and Bundled Ring Pressing integrated Packer have greatly improved production efficiency, achieved intelligent control, further enhanced production efficiency, and helped enterprises reduce costs and improve oil quality.
