Operating Principle:
The empty bottles are fed into the bottle conveyor from the conveyor belt of the production line, and the clamping soft chain with synchronous transmission on both sides is conveyed vertically to the other layer of the line through two S-shaped changes of direction. The bottle clamping chain is based on the high-strength steel base chain, and the food-grade polyurethane soft clamping wing guard is installed through the high-strength POM flat-top bracket, and the clamping empty bottle is driven in the same direction and speed with the chain, reaching the horizontal position and entering the next process, and the soft clamping wing guard has no relative movement with the empty bottle, so as to ensure that the direction of the empty bottle remains unchanged in the S-shaped conveying process and protects the appearance.Features:
