Operating Principle:
1. Information acquisition: manual selection of vehicles and products and their quantity information, the loading system according to the input data analysis, the generation of loading methods.
2. Truck position detection: the carriage detection and positioning function of the loading system obtains the truck position parameters in real time and guides the truck to stop in the specified area.
3. Walking navigation of the loading machine: the loading machine is stacked in the carriage, and the walking progress of the loading machine will affect the loading effect. The identification device of the loading machine navigation feeds back the walking situation in real time, and the deviation control system adjusts the walking direction in time and guides it to walk along the specified route.

6. Loading: The loading machine uses a parallel lifting platform to board the truck from the rear of the truck, accurately walks in the carriage, receives the products of the conveyor line, and places the products in the designated position of the carriage row by row and layer by layer.
