Equipment Workflow Description:
1.AGV or manual handling delivers stacked cartons to the robot's automatic identification and transfer station.2.The robot first identifies and locates the carton position, then transfers it to the automatic strap-cutting station.
3.The automatic strap-cutting device performs cutting, extraction, and recycling of the carton straps.
4.A single bundle of cartons (20 pcs/bundle) is conveyed to the automatic box feeding station via an extension mechanism, completing the entire loading process. This cycle repeats continuously.
