Features:
1. PLC control, fully automatic operation of preform loading, buffer platform, conveying, lifting and other processes, safe and reliable.
2. After the forklift is loaded, press the start and dock with the cage, and the embryo outlet will be automatically locked, and the material will be automatically loaded and turned over (the angle can be adjusted).
3. Lifting and feeding at a low level, and at the same time adding a horizontal buffer belt platform in the hopper to convey (frequency conversion speed regulation) to the secondary belt conveying platform, the preform up and down drop difference is short, which greatly reduces the damage rate of the preform.
4. All imported electrical components are used to ensure that the system runs accurately, stably and at high speed.
5. The cage overturned seat and lifting frame are made of stainless steel; The materials that contact the preform are all 304 stainless steel; The conveyor belt uses food-grade PU belt; The mesh chain conveyor belt needs to use food-grade POM belt; Meets food safety requirements.
6. No pneumatic, no hydraulic, good improvement of production environment.
7. The online arrangement can be designed according to the site location conditions.
